General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

This seems most likely because of episiotomy wound infection (probably developing abscess). Current recommendations till you meet your doctor on Monday:
• Fill tub with 2 to 3 liters of lukewarm water, add 50 mL of antiseptic liquid
• Remove your undergarments and sit in that tub for 10 minutes each morning, afternoon, and evening
• Keep the part clean, dry
• Wear clean, loose, cotton innerwear
• Refrain from any sex vaginally
• Maintain hydration with plenty of liquids
• Your doctor will decide medicine part for final cure

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Purva Patel
