What Causes Foul Smelling Pink Vaginal Discharge In Pregnancy?

i am 7 weeks pregnant but i have pinkish discharge with foul smell from my vaginal. it comes like every 3days since i took in. i saw an obgyn when i was six weeks and she said that the fetus heart bet is still there but im worried because i dont know if i will loose the baby.

hi,pinkish discharge indicates blood mixed white discharge.since you say its foul smelling it can be infective.would not prescribe any oral antibiotic so early in pregnancy but would recommend you clingen vaginal pessary for 6 nights before bed time.you can also start tab microgest 200 mg twice a day and tab folic acid once a day to improve the pregnancy outcome.take care and all the best.
