What Causes Foul Smelling Flatulence?
My 4 year old has horrible smelling gas..it's like ..well garbage...Our thoughts are perhaps Lactose issues, wheat, or sweeteners. He eats Cheerios and Whole Grain Waffles nearly every day with sugar free syrup..and milk. Could it be something like that?

hello,welcome to healthcare magic forum.you complain is bad smelling flatulence,it may be because of indigestion of food or because of constipation.i usually give my patients syrup-digene 5ml three to four times daily after food.IF he has constipation problem give more dietary fibers in food and more liquids in any form.thank you.
