Thanks for the question your problem might be due to infections. First of all need to be collected further history regarding pain abdomen, previous history of sexually transmitted diseases, burning micturition, date of last pap smear taken. per speculum should be done to view cervix and discharge should be taken on to a glass slide and should be checked for the type of infection. Next per vaginal exam should be done for cervical tenderness to r/o pelvic inflammatory disease. Depending upon the infection your problem is treated with particular antibiotic.
