What Causes Foul Odor In The Vagina?

I had endometrial abliation three years ago! It worked great and I don 5 even know when my cycle comes and goes it worked so well. I have no pain and no discharge I just battle a Foul smell all the time I could shower three times a day. How often can someone use a douche?

its very common problem after endometrial abalation...its most probably bacterial vaginosis. But douche shouldnt be frequently used as it also causes bacterial vaginosis by reducing vaginal Ph. Gynaecologist might help you better.
