What Causes For Salty Mouth, And Blood In Saliva?

Hi, I am 20 years old..my mouth has been tasting salty from the past 3-4 days and Today morning I observed blood in my saliva followed by pinching fee in throat (I had tonsils removed at about 9 years ago)..and I am feeling like dizziness and sleeping all the time... Can anyone please help me finding a reason

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain salty taste in mouth along with blood in saliva followed by pinching feeling in throat along with dizziness..
The symptoms can be due to cases like throat infection that is causing pinching sensation and inflamed throat can cause bleeding on slightest stimulation and salty taste can be due to blood and pus discharge..
Dizziness also seems to be due to infection..
I would suggest you to consult and Otolarygologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like throat swab culture can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..
You can be given a script of antibiotics, anti-inflammatory painkillers like Ibuprofen and also do warm saline gargles and steam inhalations..
Avoid chilled and spicy foods and drink plenty of water..
