What Causes For Adams Apple To Be Swollen?
Hi there
I started out with a headache, high fever, cough about 3 weeks ago. Thinking that all of this will pass and now the cough has subsided and sore throat is gone. I don't know why but now my adams apple feels so swollen and I am having difficulty swallowing. I can't figure this one out!?

hello, Adam's apple related to thyroid cartilage and voice box. possibilities could be simple infection (perchonritis) , acute laryngitis or traumatic. pain , pain on pressing ( tenderness) , voice change are d the things one can expect larynx involvement. u need to be evaluated by an ent surgeon.
