What Causes Fluttery Sensation While Respiration? Is It Pneumonia?

Sometimes when I inhale or exhale I feel a bubbly or fluttery sensation deep down in my chest almost close to where the sternum meets. Could this be the beginnings of pneumonia? I had pneumonia last year in my right lung but the bubbly sensation was on the far right side of my lung.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern and looking to the history given here I could say that because of the secretion in side the trachea such sensation is possible some time but this is not the pneumonia and not the beginning of pneumonia, so need to worry about this, this would be just a kind of sound and not the clinical symptoms, hope information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
