What Causes Flutters In The Chest And Light Headedness?

have had a heart attack and 4 bypass in 2008, started taking pravastatin june 25. Have had coffee 2 cups and tea today. now having flutters in my chest lightheadedness. my blood pressure is 113/55 and pulse is 58. Normally my pulse is 80 or 90 s

Thanks for your question on HCM.
In my opinion you are having arrhythmia which gives you feeling of flutters in chest.
And your pulse are very slow.
In my opinion you should immediately consult your cardiologist and get done ECG and 2D Echo To rule out cardiac arrhythmia as you are at high risk of this due to previous heart attacks and bypass surgeries..
Due to low heart rate, blood supply of brain is reduced and this can cause giddiness and lightheadedness.
So we need to treat it as soon as possible.
So consult cardiologist and discuss all these.
