What Causes Fluttering Sensation In The Throat?

Hi I am 45, male, 6'2" 245lbs. For the least couple of weeks I have gotten a strange fluttering sensation in my throat about once per day (random times), I also have belched alot and felt some mild heartburn like pans in my stomach and chest. Just want to make sure its nothing serious. Thanks!

Hi welcome to HCM...

You are having complaint of fluttering of throat and chest burning ...

So it could be acid reflux ...
For which omeprazole taken on empty stomach one hour before meal at dose of 20 mg capsule ...

Avoid heavy fatty meal and excess spicy food avoided ...

Drink more water ...

Head elevation while sleeping ....

Avoid smoking and alcohol if having habit ..

If fluttering is felt at chest area than investigated with EKG ...
