What Causes Fluttering Sensation In Chest Above Nipple?
Flutter/vibrations in my right chest just above the nipple. Occurs randomly and for about one to two seconds in length and has been going on for about 6 days. Also happened a few years ago but went away. At that time had an EKG stress test with no abnormalities.

A fluttering sensation/palpitations can be just a sign of anxiety. Please repeat you EKG once and also get the following tests done- Serum potassium levels, calcium levels and thyroid function tests(t3,t4,TSH) . After we get these reports I can advise you on further course of action.
