What Causes Fluttering In Heart, Arm And Jaw?

I have a week left ventrical. I have sarcosis of the kidneys and lungs. I am also type 2 diabetic. My question is my heart is fluttering, I have a fluttering in my upper left arm and my jaw under my ear and going up under eye socket is tender and fill like there is a lot of pressure. I also some times have light headedness that feels like my brain is spinning. What could it be?

Fluttering sensation in your case with radiation to the arm can be due to any underlying valvular heart disease like aortic regurgitation.This can be diagnosed with the help of 2 dimensional echo.Monitor your blood pressure frequently to avoid low blood pressure.Restrict the intake of salt to less than 6 gm/day.Frequent monitoring of renal parameters is essential in view of sarcoidosis.Thank you.
