What Causes Fluid In The Mastoid Air Cells?

The supra stellar and para stellar regions including optic chasm and cavernous sinuses are normal. The previously noted right sphenoid wing mining iota currently measures 1.62x1.25x1.69 cm, as opposed to 1.39x1.14x1.63cm, when remeasured in a similar fashion on the prior study. Non few abnormalities are demonstrated within the visualized portions of the anterior, middle and posterior cranial fossae. Some fluid is noted in the right mastoid air cells. I had a mastoiditis back in the 70 s why would there be fluid there? Is the growth of the meningioma anything to worry about? Also have a rather cleft cyst that increased minimal size
