What Causes Fluid And Clicking Sound In Ears When Turning Neck?

Hi. I m 21. I hear a weird squishy fluid sound behind my ears/head when turn my neck (look up) . It s always on the left side. This also happens if I close my right nostril and blow slightly. There s no pain. But there s always a discomfort like a full feeling. As if there s air trapped behind my head. I also hear clicking sound. It s driving me crazy. What could all this be?

hello, thanks for ur query, ear is connect by nose by et ( eusthacian tube) , whenever this tube blocked ( cold, flu, sinusitis, allergy) u feel ear block sensation, u can start decongestant tab. xyzal- d ( levocitrizine+ pseudoephidrine) one tab ya bed time for7 days, xylometazoline nasal drops 3 drops/ 3 time/1 week. valsalva manoere ( watch utube ) , chew chewing gum can be tried ,all d best. take care.
