dis is bimal agarwal.age 53. i hav sugar for d past 20 yrs....for the past 10 days my sugar level has gone down..infact it is fluctuatung lot....bcz of wch i feel giddy n weak al the time...hav palpitation,im takin sum medicines...galvusmet 50/1000,semiglynase,glyciphage1gm,selokenxl 25

Hi Sir, I had gone through your query and understood your concerns.

The symptoms you have mentioned are clearly suggesting hypoglycemia. i.e., low sugar levels. The most probable reason could be the higher dosage of drugs than you need. To suggest the dosage you need to mention the sugar levels. If possible write back to us with sugar levels or you can check them and discuss this with the treating doctor regarding reduction in dosages.
