Diabetologist 's  Response
dear sir I understand your concern.im my opinion your diabetes control is not adequate.i need some information to assist you in a better way.your age, height, weight, latest Hba1c value, what diet you are on,how much exercise you do per day.diabetes Controll can be divided in to three parts.30% of control by your diet,30% by your exercise,30% by your medicine. using too much medicine will exaust your pancreas soon and you will land up in using insulin. the remaining 10% given to lord venkateswara for controlling of your stress in job and life. kindly get back to me I will give a clear picture ?I am a Diabetologist and very happy to assist you....regards
