What Causes Fluctuation In The BP?

I just took my BP and it is 108/62. I have had high blood pressure for years and am on Avalide HTZ once a day. I had an AFIB attack 2 weeks ago and the cardiologist put me on Eloquis 5mg twice a day. My BP seems to be quite lower than what my normal (on my BP medication) is at 120/79. Should I be concerned?
