What Causes Fluctuation In Blood Pressure?

I am on high blood pressure medication - over a year now. Today and a few times in the past month, I felt light headed and weak. I checked my BP today, it was 73/45 and my pulse rate was 108. It has been fluctuating all day. Should I be concerned?

Hi,

If you have blood pressure fluctuations again I would advise you to see your doctor.
If you were my patient I would go for an ECG and 24 hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring. The treatment would be revised depending on results.

Hope I could help you

Wishing you good health
