Hi welcome to hcm
I understand your query and concern.
Uncontrolled blood pressure or fluctuations in the blood pressure is suggestive of improper drug intake or inadequate drug dosage of your blood pressure medication.I advise you to monitor blood pressure regularly at same time. You should take your blood pressure medication every day past break fast at around 8 AM.Take 3 - 4 litres of water daily.Avoid stress and anxiety.Take fruits like apple, pomegranate, dates regularly.Eat high protein salt restricted diet regularly.Avoid fatty foods.Monitor your blood pressure after practising these,if still your blood pressure is uncontrolled, you need a dose revision. Also get an ECG,2D Echo, lipid profile as a part of routine screening of your heart.Consult your cardiologist for expert management.
Post your further queries if any,
Thank you.
