Hi,I am Dr. Prabhakar Koregol (Cardiologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
question - I have diabetes and CHF...I have moments when my BP drops...I start to feel it at app 100/70 and it will drop for about an hour to it s lowest point so far) at 80/50...I always see yellow spots before it starts...it hurts and is very uncomfortable...I feel like I am being squeezed and that any movement (including breathing) makes it tighter...I get pain in my chest that goes to my back and shoulders...I have questioned my cardiologist about this several times but he just tells me it does not make any sense...about 80 percent of the time this happens while I am sitting at my desk with no activity other times while walking dog or doing daily chores...I seriously feel that this is what will kill me...the hospital closest to me is where he is top dog and I do not want to be made the ER joke...is there a specific doctor for this? perhaps he really does not recognize my issue?

For this problem you may consult a general practioner also.If you are on dieuretics, then its dose may need to be modified if frquent falls in BP are occurring.please get back to me on this forum with list of prescribed medicines you are taking and we shall be able to guide further
