What Causes Fluctuating Body Temperature?

I have strange fever symptoms. I don t feel like coughing and i dont have a running nose. My temperature keeping going high and low, i feel very cold, and my forehead is very warm, my temperature is currently 37.7 and last night was 38.2. Is this a fever? what might have caused it?

Well come to HCM
This may not be the actual fever that is being seen in some pathological conditions but this could be functional kind of raised of body temperature and this may come around even without the medicines, and this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps.
