What Causes Fluctuating BP Levels,fever And Cough?

I am trying to find out what I might have running a high fever and a cough that wont go away andwhen I check my blood pressure it is 108 over 75 and blood pressure starts to rise to normal but goes back low again this has been going on for about 4 days now

Well come to HCM
Right now high grade fever would be the main concern and not the blood pressure, for the high grade fever this could be viral infection, let runs the course of fever and this may take more than five days meanwhile take care for hydration, high grade fever can be managed with "Tab Acetaminophen" of the symptoms does not improved then routine blood work is must to know the underlying cause of fever, and better to see the doctor then because clinical examination would be equally important, blood pressure need to be measured by physician for correct figure, hope this information helps, take care.
