What Causes Flu Like Symptoms But No Fever?

Can you have the flu without having a fever or respirtory symptoms? I have had a stomache ache, body aches,nausea,loss of appetite and extreme tiredness for 3 days. I rarly get sick, am extremly healthy and fit...exercising daily. not sure if I m treating this correctly but was hoping it would have resided by now.

Yes you can have.Can have viral gastroenteritis. It is self limiting and can take vizilac and electoral in water. During the period you can take rest. For other problem you can take symptomatic treatment. Take fresh vegetable and fruits.
