Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

The haemoglobin level is low. The most common cause id Iron deficiency anemia of infancy which occurs more likely in non breast feed babies. He will require further evaluation by Peripheral smear examination. If the smear shows blood picture suggestive of Iron deficiency anaemia , it will respond to oral elemental Iron supplements.

In case you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Wishing you happy and healthy life

Take Care
