Hi,Dear,Thanks for your query to HCM.
Dear I read your query and reviewed it with context to your query facts.
I understood your health concerns and feel Concerned about them.
Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
Hyperactive Cremasteric Reflex with Retractile Testes.
In this any touch on inner groin/thigh area or anterior scrotal skin, gives twitches in creamasteric muscle.Excessive response is seen in retractile testes. This is the cause of flickering in the testicles.
This twitching in testicles-happens in some cases due to hyperactive cremasteric reflex and is a normal reflex response in some cases.
Treatment would be-Fixation of hypermotile / retractile testes down to scrotal base by-
Surgical
Orchiopexy to prevent upward testes retraction-which could create thermal / traumatic damage leading to more chances of Cancer/
Erectile dysfunction from
testicular atrophy from repeated
testicular trauma in such case
Hope this would help you to plan further treatment from your doctors there.
Welcome for any further query in this regard.
Good Day!!
