What Causes Flashes In The Field Of Vision While On Flonase And Claritin-D?

I went the doctor Tuesday and he said I have an ear infection. He told me to take Floanase he prescribed, Claridan D and prescription for Amoxyllin Antibiotic. I started having a flashing light out the corner of my left eye. I thought maybe it was a low sugar episode, as I have Hyperglycemia. I drank a glass of orange juice and it did seem light it stopped for awhile , then it came back but not as strong/ Is it a side affect?
