What Causes Fishy Vaginal Odor?

I ve been facing a very embarrassing situation since I had a baby three months back. Very fishy smell comes from my vagina. My husband also noticed it Several times I was tested for the BV infection and the doctor did the swap test. No infection.is there anything that can I take to get rid of it

There might be infection. Infection is usually caused by mixed flora of organism such as bacteria, fungus and protozoa.
Advice
1.     Azithromycin 500 mg daily per oral for 3 days
2.     Fluconazole 150 mg weekly per oral for 4 weeks – total 4 doses
3.     Metronidazole 500 mg orally twice daily for seven days
4.     Maintain personal hygiene
5.     Wear loose cotton undergarment
6.     Bath two times daily with good quality soap
7.     Ask your husband to use condom during sex
8.     Investigation
a.      Vaginal smear examination including Gram’s staining
b.      R/E of urine
c.     Blood sugar (F & PP)
