Hello, I was just wondering if I should be going to the doctor or hospital. I have had a temp of 100 for the past two days, lower right abdominal pain that s sharp and sometimes has a burning sensation, lower right back pain, frequent urinating, chills, dizziness, and I have vomited twice.

Hi!
I read carefully your query.
If I were your treating doctor I would come out with 2 possibilities:

-The first is that you may have have acute appendicitis that is the inflammation of Apendix Vermiformis (o small part of bowel).
The diagnosis of appendicitis is based primarily on the patient’s history and the physical examination. The most important physical examination finding is right lower quadrant tenderness on palpation. Imaging techniques such as ultrasonography and computed tomography (CT) improve diagnostic accuracy and patient outcomes but their use should be selective in those with atypical presentation.
-Another possible diagnosis is Renal colic ,which is a type of abdominal pain commonly caused by kidney stones. The diagnosis is confirmed from an renal ultrasonography.

I suggest you to go to hospital because you need to do some examinations that can be done only in hospital.

Hope I was able to help you.
Take care.
