What Causes Fever, Weight Loss, Extremities Swelling, Dry Cough, Petechiae, Blurred Vision?

For the past 8 months I have had a low-grade fever, weight loss of 16 lbs, swelling of the extremities, a dry cough, petichiae, blurred vision and now the latest issue is joint pain. I recently had bloodwork and it showed elevated neutrophils. My new physician has just done labs for a blood culture and a CBC with differential.

inmy opinion first pulmonary tb is to be ruled out. sputom for afb and if posible sputom culture may be done. elevated neutrophil indicate systemic infection. blood culture have been advised. it is enough for diagnosis.
