What Causes Fever, Sweating, Red Rashes And Lumps On Thigh?

my wife has a high fever, hot and could sweets, her lower leag has a red rash is very swollen, she is also complaininig of lumps at the top of her thigh. See had seen a dotoer a few days ago and was prescribed antibiotics, the problem seems to geting worser.
