What Causes Fever Sore Throat And Sensitive Gums And Mouth?

I am running a low grade fever, have sore throat and very sensitive gums and mouth. Can't eat extreme temperature or hard foods; must be medium heat and mushy or I feel that my mouth is being scratched..painful. Started with chills on Sunday night ...not changing.

Hi
With your query sensitivity if gums does not have anything to do with fever and the sensitivity what you have might be due to exposure of dentin or root surface of the teeth due to receded gums or wasting disease like abrasion or erosion. To relive from these symptoms I would suggest you take a desensiting tooth paste like vantej.use this paste instead of regular paste aapply this all over teeth wait for five mins do rinsing only thing is do not eat any thing for 30mins after this symptoms will come down if still persists consult your dentist coz u Mau nerd fillings to be done.coming to the fever plz check with your physician whether you have any infections? Because fever is the first sign of body for any infection.but one thing is since you have sore throat which means throat infection will result in fever too this is not an serious issue for sore throat you should be on antibiotics and salt water gargling.hope this helpful
