What Causes Fever, Headaches And Body Pains?
If felt like I have had a fever for about 3 weeks but my temp is always around 98.1. My body aches all of the time, like my bones are hurting and just feel ill all the time but with no other symptoms (no sickness, normal bowel movements, no cough or sore throat). Sometimes it s with me all day, other times it comes in waves. I have strange feverish dreams at night as well as occasional headaches and it s starting to affect my general mood and how I am around others.

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms may not be due to any disease or infection, if body temperature shows normal range then this is not the fever, over consciousness, apprehensiveness, phobia, could be the reason of this symptoms else this is nothing to worry, Hope this information helps, take care.
