What Causes Fever, Constant Headache And Lower Back Pain Radiating To Legs?

I have had a fever which began seven days ago at about 99 deg, with accompanying weakness. Since then it has steadily increased from approx. 99.9 in the a.m. to 103 by 11:00 p.m. I also have almost constant headaches and now am suffering from some lower back pain that extends over the buttocks and down the back of my legs. Feels like it s right in the bone. I have been using extra strength Tylenol, but have cut back quite a bit since I am loathe to take too many meds. I noticed today that my urine has an orange tinge to it. Am heading to emergency tomorrow since this condition is not abating in any way. Any comments?

Hello
Welcome to HCM.
I understand your concerns.
I think your decision of going to emergency is right

Your description suggest that you might have a viral fever or a dengue

You should get your complete blood counts and urine complete examination done.
You might also need a course of antibiotics.
Also, take plenty of oral fluids and adequate diet.
Hope this helps you.
Thanks
