What Causes Fever, Chills And Pain In Body?

Hi, I have been experiencing over the last 3 days Chills, a elevated temp, with aches and pains, and bad smelling farts that to this point seem to be getting better. But, the last 2 days I would drink lots of fluids eat only crackers and had a sandwich that so far has sat well with me, and I would take Tylenol and ib profen for the fever, aches, and pains and feel better to the point where I think that the flu or whatever infection it could be is better and then I start to get chills and get cold, and then the bad smelling farts would come. On the first night, I had a lot of the farts, and to this point it s every now and then. But just kinda confused on this one and would like to get some insight. Much thanks,

Noted the history of suffering from chills, elevated temperature, aches and pains, bad smelling farts for the last 3 day. Took lots of fluids, eat only crackers, taking Tylenol and Ibuprofen fr symptomatic relief. Thought of flu.
As per the history you have provided, this looks to be flu, stomach bug.
But it would be better to get the stool and blood test to differentiate between whether this is bacterial infection or viral.
If this is bacterial infection get an appropriate antibiotic so that the infection part is taken care of.
Continue Tylenol and Ibuprofen for symptomatic relief.
Continue good intake of all sort of fluids.
Avoid things like nuts and goods, soft drinks, alcohol to get a control over farts.
Get a clinical evaluation so that the diagnosis can be done and treatment can be take properly.
