What Causes Fever And Runny Nose?

hi, my 3 year old daughter has had a fever 101-102 for the past three days. She ll wake up with a fever and I ll give her some Tylenol and she s seems to be back to her normal self during the day. Around evening time she ll feel groggy again and her fever will spike back up. She has a runny/stuffy nose and has said her head hurts. No cough. No tummy ache. No sore throat. No ear ache. Just wondering what this could be.

Hi,
Fever with runny nose could be due to rhinitis
(allergic or infective),sinusitis, common cold or may be URTI.
In children, runny nose is mostly due to viral infection because of their low immunity and may be because this viral infection she is having fever 101-102 degree F.
You must take her to pediatrician to get properly diagnosed first as there is fever and headache since last 3 days and don't keep giving her just paracetamol on your own.It just subsides fever and when the drug effect is over, fever comes back.
So,better to consult doctor.
