What Causes Fever And Headache?

My daughter has had a fever and headache for a week. She is now very nauseous and and her head is in excruciating pain. Dr saw her 3 days ago and said its probably a virus that needs to run its course. I m concerned because it s gotten worse. Any ideas?

It could be still a viral infection only but if I was your doctor I would have ordered some tests to be sure whether its viral or bacterial .

I advise you to get the following tests done and revert back with report.

Complete hemogram CRP, IgM Typhi dot , Smearfor Malaria, Urine routine.
