What Causes Fever And Clear Vaginal Discharge?

I m post menopausal. I ve had a clear vaginal discharge for a couple of weeks. My abdomen hasn t felt right . Yesterday, a thick, viscous blood started to manifest. There is a sharp vertical palpable pain about an inch from the midline. And I have a fever.

Hi I think you should consult a gynecologist for complete examination. Get a pelvic examination done to rule out any cervical pathology. Also get a ultrasound done to see endometrial thickness. If it is more than 4 mm, you may need an endometrial biopsy to rule out any endometrial pathology. Hope it helps.
