Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Head injuries commonly result in lumps and bumps. They are unlikely to be cause of fever.
The cause of fever is likely to be non specific viral infection or respiratory tract infection.
Rest be assured there is no cause for worry pertaining to head injury.

Take Care
