What Causes Fever And Body Pain?

Hi,

My mom is 50 years old now and she is having a fever (which comes most of the times in the night only) from last one week along with body aches. Yesterday while she is walking she became unconsicious and fell on the road. We took her to the hospital; she couldn't come to consiciousnus until 2 hours and then she became consicious. Seline was given to her in the hospital and paracetmo for fever. They took the MRI and no issues were found.

Could you please suggest what will be the good tests to perform and what might have caused this. Other than this she was perfectly healthy before.

Thank you.

HI
Well come to HCM
If she fall down lost her consciousness partially then this could be due to hypoglycemia, and such symptom is very common in febrile state, if MRI is unremarkable then this is not the matter of worry, still fever need to be investigated for proper disease, take care, have a nice day.
