General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely acute respiratory viral infection superceded by bacterial infection. Taking augmentin full course is good. If there is breathlessness then nebulization will be helpful. Chest x ray should be taken if there is any findings in auscultation or doubt after physical examination by your physician.
Thanks.
I find this answer helpful
