Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of feeling watery in ear. Well there can be many reasons for heaviness in ears such as

- Eustachian tube blockage or dysfunction

- Ear infection ( otitis media )

- Ear fluid accumulation

- Endolymphatic hydrops

Need not to worry. You should void touching or pricking ear with any sharp object. For now try to keep your ear dry and give hot and dry compresses to external ear. I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist or otolaryngologist for proper examination and to find out exact cause . Doctor may examine ear with an instrument known as otoscope and also order other test to confirm the diagnosis and treatment. Doctor may prescribe antibiotics and expectorants .

Hope your concern has been resolved.
