What Causes Feeling Of Something Struck In Mouth?

I have a feeling that something stuck in my mouth from last 6-7 months, I had a check with ENT specialist and he didn't find anything serious. But last month I noticed that I had dark red blood spot inside cheek that disappear within the same day but now it came again at the same place where i had it before . Can you please advise what is it..

Hi.
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that you have a RECURRING MUCOCELE which is caused due to clogged duct of minor salivary gland or its ducts leading to swollen gland and appears as a lump over the cheek and is due to formation of crystalline stones from the minerals present in saliva..
And when it must be present over the cheek as a bump there must be a feeling of something struck over the cheek..
You should not worry as it is not a fatal lump and you should consult an Oral Physician when the lump is present over the cheek..
You can do concentrated salt water gargles as it can help in shrinkage of the lump..
But in case if it continues to recur surgical removal has to be done by an oral surgeon..
For small mucoceles laser ablation can be done which is a non surgical procedure but in case of large mucoceles surgical removal has to be done..

Hope this information helps..
