I went to the doctor 2 weeks ago with clear odorous vaginal discharge that seemed to pour out, painful urination, a painful ulcer like sore & I had a fever & flu-like chills 2 days prior to office visit. I had sex with a new partner 5 days prior & we did use a condom, however I was still concerned about std s so I had a full pelvic exam where the doctor said it looked like herpes. The blood test came back negative for herpes & he said the chlamydia & gonorrhea tests were indeterminate so I took both antibiotics just in case. Now 2 weeks later the sore has heeled but I have a sensation of something crawling around inside & outside of my vagina & anus. Every time I look there isn t anything there & no bites marks etc. It doesn t really itch either so I don t have a clue what it could be. I ve had yeast infections before & it doesn t feel like this. I m 26 years old & a nurse & have considered scabies, body lice, pin worms, but no itching just the crawling feeling. Any answers are appreciated or what type of doctor to make an appt with such as GYN, or dermatologist. Thank you.
