Hi welcome to the health care magic

According to history it could be upper respiratory tract infection....

Your approach to the case should be as follow....
-Auscultation
-CBC
-Chest x ray
-Spirometry only if needed after above work up

For congestion relief levocetrizine or stronger one like chlorpheniramine drug prescribed as decongestant

Hot water used for drinking

Take vitamin C lozenges

One tsp turmeric powder with milk useful

If bacterial infection picture present as per reports than antibiotic started

If still no improvement than EKG, HB estimation, peripheral smear blood examination done for further work up

Take care

Consult pulmonologoist for examination with keeping all this in mind
