What Causes Feeling Of Chills?

I am freezing cold from the inside out, not just my hands and feet, but my arms and my muscles are so cold. I feel hypothermic. I choked when I lay back. I feel exhausted, and when I sit down I fall asleep. the last couple of days I've stayed in my pajamas all day because I can't seem to get up and get going. I was having horrible anxiety attacks and not able to sleep. I started taking Armour Thyroid a few days ago and felt better.no more anxiety attacks but now I'm freezing cold. ears ringing and bloat after eating.
I sound like a mess.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi and thanks for the query,
A proper clinical review is required under these circumstances. Infection and systemic inflammatory diseases need to be excluded. Thyroid disease screening is a very common manifestation. A SINGLE TEST at times might not reveal hormonal disturbance and might be worth repeating. The opinion of an internist is most needed in this case. Kind regards
