Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have feeling cold all time, numbness, and burning sensation constantly. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like femoral nerve dysfunction , sciatica , fibromyalgia or meralgia paresthetica . I would suggest you to consult orthopedic surgeon for proper examination . Doctor may order nerve conduction test , electromyography and MRI Doctor may recommend surgical remove of growth , physical therapy , analgesic and application of heat . For now take proper rest , apply warm compresses and take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain . Doctor may also refer you to neurologist for nerve dysfunction , who may order nerve conduction test to confirm the diagnosis . Sometimes thyroid dysfunction can also cause such problem .

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Best Wishes,
