General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
this cyanosis indicates decreased blood supply.

With fever, vomiting, shivering suggesting infection she requires further evaluation with chest xray or ct scan, complete hemogram, urine routine and others based on examination. She needs antibiotic and antipyretic treatment for now.

Hope this answered your question.
Regards
