What Causes Fatigue, heaviness In Eyes, numbness In Body And Nausea?

Hi, over the last few months, I am experiencing extreme tiredness, really heavy eyes, strange numb/tired feeling all over my body. Nausea most mornings. Take women's vitamin supplements every day. Heavy eyes seem to be getting worse. Last iron level check a little low, but was taken during a period so Dr told me no concerns there. Having some mid-cycle bleeding approx last six months. Ultra-sounds show nothing unusual. I am on the pill.

Hello,
Thank you for trusting HCM

Please be advised to get your thyroid levels checked, as hypothyroidism can cause tiredness and menstrual irregularities.
Treatment of hypothyroidism is with thyroid hormone replacement.

Hope this answers your question
