What Causes Fatigue, excessive Sleepiness And Bruising On Body?

I am forever tired, I can have over 10 hours sleep and still be ridiculously tired. I have been tested for anaemia, diabetes, my thyroid, Ect .. I have now been developing some unexplainable bruising. No idea how I have gotten them but they keep appearing. What is wrong with me? :(

Hello,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
Unexplained bruising on body can point towards some coagulation disorder if you are very sure you haven't hit that part anywhere unknowingly.
I would advice you to get a platelets, PT,INR and aPTT done alongwith bleeding time and clotting time.
Kindly consult your doctor with the reports.
Thank you.
