What Causes Fatigue, Tiredness, Lack Of Interest And Tired Eyes?

I need help... I Am 52 and I have been extremely tired! I have absolutely no energy , no interest in any of my hobbies, I can actually sleep for hours. I feel like I m living in a dark bubble . Do not want or feel like doing or going anywhere. My eyes are always tired, feel as of I have sand in them. Where do start. My blood work came back normal. What am I and my Dr. Missing. Always tired bobbie

Hi,
It seems that you might be having episode of depression giving all general problems.
Avoid sedentary life if you are having.
Go for normal physical exercises daily.
Remain busy with your routine work with good reading, seeing TV programs.
Pass some time with friends, relatives in the evening.
Take some health supplements like B.complex, multivitamins.
Go for thyroid and blood pressure checking.
Ok and take care.
